JEE Main 2025 : The JEE Main exam is set to begin tomorrow, January 22, 2025. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released guidelines for the JEE Main 2025 exam. Around 13.8 lakh students have registered for the JEE Main Session 1 exam this year. All information related to the JEE Main 2025 exam can be checked on the official NTA website at jeemain.nta.nic.in.

Paper 1 (BE/BTech) will be held on January 22, 23, 24, 28, and 29, 2025. The first shift will be from 9 am to 12 pm, and the second shift will be from 3 pm to 6 pm. Paper 2A (B.Arch), Paper 2B (B.Planning), and Paper 2A & 2B (B.Arch and B.Planning) will be conducted on January 30, 2025, from 3 pm to 6:30 pm.

The dress code focuses on comfort and simplicity while avoiding items that could cause security issues. Candidates should avoid wearing metallic accessories, as they may interfere with security checks. Clothing should be light and appropriate for the season.

For Male Candidates:

  • Avoid clothes with metallic parts like buckles or decorations.
  • Do not wear caps, mufflers, or any head covering.
  • Choose lightweight and breathable clothes for comfort.
  • Jewellery, including chains, bracelets, and rings, is not allowed.
  • Avoid shoes with thick soles; simple sandals or slippers are recommended.

For Female Candidates:

  • Avoid wearing stoles, dupattas, scarves, or any clothes that could slow down security checks.
  • Do not wear jewellery or metallic items like rings, earrings, or bracelets.
  • Wear simple, comfortable clothes suitable for the weather.
  • Heavy accessories or goggles are not allowed.
