JEE Main 2024 exam city reduced to 300; 20 cities removed from Bihar

JEE Main 2024: The National Testing Agency has revised the list of examination centres for the Joint Entrance Exam (JEE) Main 2024. The exam centre list is available at jeemain.nta.ac.in. Students who are applying for the JEE Main 2024 exam should check the exam centres carefully before filling out the application form.

Last year, the JEE Principal test was held in 394 test urban communities which are currently decreased to 300. Other than some test urban communities were supplanted by new ones. The significant changes are presented in Bihar and Madhya Pradesh wherein 20 test urban communities are eliminated from Bihar and 15 are taken out from Madhya Pradesh.

Alongside this, NTA has eliminated 2 significant Association Regions from the rundown that are Chandigarh and Daman and Diu.

In 2023, there were 27 test urban communities in Andhra Pradesh though in 2024, there are 29 test urban communities. In Assam, 2 test urban communities are incorporated that are Dibrugarh, and Lakhimpur AS.
