JEE Advanced 2025 Schedule Released

JEE Advanced 2025 : The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kanpur has released the information bulletin for the Joint Entrance Examination – Advanced (JEE Advanced) 2025 on the official website – jeeadv.ac.in. According to the schedule, IIT Kanpur will commence the registration process for JEE Advanced 2025 on April 23, 2025 at 10 am. Eligible candidates will be able to fill out the JEE Advanced 2025 application form on the official website, jeeadv.ac.in till May 2.

JEE Advanced 2025 Exam Date

JEE Advanced 2025 exam is scheduled to be conducted on May 18, 2025 for a duration of 3 hours. The entrance exam for admission to the IITs will consist of two papers – paper 1 and paper 2. The JEE Advanced 2025 exam will be conducted in two sessions. Paper 1 will be held from 9 am to 12 noon and paper 2 will be conducted from 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm.

JEE Advanced 2025 Eligibility Criteria

The Joint Admission Board (JAB) has recently reinstated the previous JEE Advanced 2025 eligibility criteria and reduced the number of attempts to two. Initially, the board had increased the attempts to three, but the third attempt was removed after considering various factors.

A petition has been filed in the Supreme Court seeking the inclusion of a third attempt for JEE Advanced. The next hearing is scheduled for January 6, 2025. The plea, filed by 22 candidates, challenges the JAB’s decision to change the number of attempts for the upcoming JEE Advanced exam from three back to two.
