JEE Advanced 2024 registration begins today at 5 pm

JEE Advanced 2024: Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) will start the Joint Entrance Examination Advanced (JEE Advanced 2024) registration today for candidates seeking admission to Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs). The JEE Advanced application form 2024 will be hosted on the IIT JEE official website, jeeadv.ac.in. Aspirants should note that only the top 2.5 lakh JEE Main rank holders will be eligible for the JEE Adv exam 2024.

On April 16, the online registration process for candidates who are foreign nationals, including those who obtained an Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) or Persons of Indian Origin (PIO) card after March 4, 2021, began.

According to the timetable, the application interaction for the JEE-qualified applicants will start today at 5 pm and will be shut on May 7 at 5 pm. This year, the authorities have expanded JEE Progressed application charges for all classes. SC, ST, PwD, and female up-and-comers should pay Rs 1,600 and any remaining competitors ought to store Rs 3,200.

At the time of online registration, candidates will be required to compel themselves to select eight exam cities of their choosing.

Through the JEE Progressed selection test 2024, IITs will offer entrance into undergrad lone wolves, coordinated aces, single guy ace double certificate in designing, sciences, and engineering courses.

The JEE Progressed test booked to be hung on May 26 will comprise of two papers. Each paper, Papers 1 and 2, will be held for three hours. It is required to appear in both papers. The organization will lead the paper 1 test from 9 am to 12 early afternoon and paper 2 from 2.30 pm to 5.30 pm. PwD competitors with 40% incapacity will be given one extra hour time to finish the test.
