Jamia Millia Islamia : The Japan Society has awarded Professor Naved Iqbal from Jamia Millia Islamia a fellowship for the Promotion of Science (JSPS). He will be conducting research on well-being and religion in collaboration with professor Hiroshi Yama from Osaka Metropolitan University, as a part of the research. He is also being offered the position of visiting professor.
During the summer semester of 2023, Professor Iqbal was a visiting professor at the Institute of Psychology at Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski University in Warsaw, Poland. He is an Honorary Principal Fellow at the Center of Wellbeing Science at the University of Melbourne since April 27, 2022, and he is a member of an International Professional group that helped establish a chair in UNESCO on child abuse in 2022.
His accomplishments incorporate getting different worldwide exploration awards and cooperations, like Indo-Canadian (Shastri Exploration Award, SRG-2017-18), Indo-German (UGC-DAAD, PPP-2018-19) research project, the Worldwide Difficulties Exploration Asset (GCRF) visiting partnership 2019 at the College of Leicester (UK), the “Overseers of Related Examinations” (DEA) program-2021 by the Global Underpinning of the Place of Human Sciences, France and visiting individual 2024 at Airlangga College, Indonesia.
