India Post GDS Recruitment 2024 First Merit List Released For 12 Circles

India Post GDS Recruitment : India Post has declared the Gramin Dak Sevak (GDS) 2024 results for 12 circles today, August 21, 2024. The first merit list has been issued for Andhra Pradesh, Punjab, Assam, Delhi, Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala, Maharashtra, Odisha, West Bengal, Tamil Nadu and Telangana. “Results of other circles will be released shortly,” reads the official notice. Candidates who applied for the recruitment drive can check the India Post Office GDS merit list 2024 on the official website, indiapostadsonline.gov.in.

INDIA POST GDS RECRUITMENT 2024 RESULT: HOW TO CHECK?

Step 1. Visit the official India Post website at indiapostgdsonline in.

Step 2. Click on the ‘GDS Online Engagement Schedule, July-2024 : List-I of Shortlisted Candidates Published’ tab on the homepage.

Step 3. Enter the password and registration number.

Step 4. Hit the submit button.

Step 5. The result will appear on the screen.

Step 6. Download and save for further use.

The GDS Merit list is based on marks from approved boards in the 10th and 12th grades. This hiring campaign aims to fill 44228 Gramin Dak Sevak positions in 23 circles across the nation this year.

Letters of appointment will be sent to the selected candidates following the completion of the document verification procedure. In Gramin Dak Sevak Recruitment, there are two positions available: Assistant Branch Postmaster and Branch Post Master. The salaries for the Assistant Branch Postmaster positions that have been shortlisted range from Rs 10,000 to Rs 24,470. The branch postmaster’s salary ranges from Rs 12,000 to Rs 29,380. The Chowkidars who are chosen will receive a monthly salary of Rs 20,000.
