IIT Gandhinagar: IIT Gandhinagar is organizing a virtual open house on June 21 specifically for the successful candidates of this year’s Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced. The purpose of this event, as stated in an official press release by IIT Gandhinagar, is to provide valuable information to prospective students and their families. During the session, participants will have the opportunity to engage with faculty members, current students, and alumni of the institute.

As part of the virtual open house, participants will have the opportunity to attend sessions featuring prominent individuals such as the Director, Deans of Academic and Student Affairs, and Heads of Counseling and Career Development Services. These sessions aim to provide valuable insights into various aspects of academic and student life at IIT Gandhinagar.

The open house will cover a wide range of topics, including undergraduate research opportunities, international internships, on-campus employment prospects, future career development, and entrepreneurship prospects, student life on campus, and involvement in extracurricular activities such as arts initiatives. IIT Gandhinagar has shared this information to ensure that attendees gain a comprehensive understanding of the institute’s offerings.

Furthermore, IIT Gandhinagar has announced the introduction of a new BTech program in Artificial Intelligence (AI) starting from the academic year 2023-24. Additionally, the institute will also be launching a BTech-MTech dual degree program in Mechanical Engineering.
