IIM Rohtak organises conclave on leadership, startups, sustainability

IIM Rohtak: The Indian Institute of Management (IIM Rohtak) organised a conference ‘Prabandh: Management Conclave’, wherein industry leaders belonging to companies such as BigBasket, Indigo, Oracle India and others discussed the theme ‘Empowering success: Strategic integration of leadership and sustainability’.

Business pioneers from Bajaj Capital Ltd., BlackRock and Pfizer and different brands additionally partook in the board conversations. They imparted insight to the understudies and gave bits of knowledge on subjects like HR, money and showcasing.

Four panels discussions held

In the first panel, the speakers discussed the topic ‘Nurturing talent: Building a strategic employee development ecosystem’. The panellists included Amrapali Dubey, head of winery HR; Ashish Singhania, head of human resources, Poonawalla Housing Finance; Neelam Ahluwalia, vice-president, BigBasket; and Rakesh Prasad of Indigo.

The second panel discussion included Amit Ahuja, vice-president, VOIS; Kanwar Singh, vice president, Oracle India; Raghavendra GS, global SVP, Accolite India; Rohit Prasad, vice-president, IDBI Capital Markets and Securities Limited; and Shekhar Sood, CFO, Bajaj Capital.

They spoke on the topic ‘Financial synergy: Navigating the evolving landscape of ESG reporting’. The third panel discussion, focused on the topic ‘Navigating startup success through resilient leadership and sustainable strategies’. While the fourth session covered ‘Sustainable marketing: Catering to conscious consumer preferences’.
