IIM Raipur Placements 2023: 100% students placed

Sector-wise, the banking, financial, and insurance (BFSI) industry hired the most students, with an average CTC of Rs 21.02 lakh and a maximum CTC of Rs 32.50 lakh. The IT or ITES was the second-most noteworthy enrolling area making 23% proposals with Rs 21.29 lakh and Rs 43.43 LPA as normal and greatest CTC separately. Strategy and consulting came next, with 14% of hires, an average salary of Rs 19.64 lakh, and the highest salary of Rs 32.21 lakh. 12 percent of students were recruited by the FMCG or FMCD sector, with salaries ranging from Rs 21.78 lakh to Rs 67.60 lakh on average. In the manufacturing sector, 12% were hired, earning an average of Rs 22.39 lakh and the highest salary of Rs 62.00 LPA. In the miscellaneous sector, 7% were hired, earning an average of Rs 19.55 lakh and the highest salary of Rs 25.50 lakh.

The deals and advertising space had the most elevated (29%) number of understudies set with a typical CTC of 20.98 LPA and most noteworthy CTC of Rs 67.60 lakh, trailed by examination and counseling selecting 28% with a typical compensation of Rs 19.09 LPA and most noteworthy of Rs 32.21 lakh. Financial management recruited 12% with an average CTC of Rs 20.87 LPA and a maximum of Rs 32.50 lakh, and general management recruited 11% with an average of Rs 22.94 LPA and a maximum of Rs 62.00 LPA. Operations and IT recruited 20% with an average of Rs 23.00 lakh and a maximum of Rs 43.43 LPA. The average stipend for summer internship placements at IIM Raipur increased by 16%, reaching Rs 1.39 lakh, with the highest stipend reaching Rs 3.50 lakh. The group of 328 first-year students received placements from all 109 companies that visited for summer placements. With a 50% increase over the previous year, the median stipend was Rs 1.50 lakh.

The top 10% of students received an average stipend of 2.79 lakh rupees, the top 25% received 2.43 lakh rupees, and the top 50% received 2.11 lakh rupees.
