IIM Raipur And Birmingham City University Partner To Boost Academic Research

IIM Raipur : The Indian Institute of Management Raipur (IIM Raipur) has formed an important partnership with Birmingham City University (BCU) to promote global cooperation in academics. This collaboration aims to enhance teaching, research and professional development at both institutions. The partnership was formalised with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) by Prof Ram Kumar Kakani, Director of IIM Raipur and Prof Eileen McAuliffe, Pro Vice-Chancellor and Executive Dean at Birmingham City University.

The focal point of this coordinated effort is on unambiguous drives that will help understudies, employees and the more extensive scholarly local area. Promoting academic exchange programs will be a joint effort between the two institutions. They will also work together on research projects, teaching techniques, and opportunities for professional development. The two institutions’ ties are anticipated to be strengthened as a result of this partnership, as are new opportunities for growth and innovation.

IIM Raipur Director Prof. Ram Kumar Kakani expressed enthusiasm for the partnership. He stated that this collaboration is a significant step toward creating significant opportunities for students and faculty members and expanding IIM Raipur’s global presence. He emphasized that the academic community will be enhanced and a robust interconnected network will be built through the exchange programs between the two institutions. The significance of international cooperation was also emphasized by Prof. Satyasiba Das, Dean of External at IIM Raipur. He stated that IIM Raipur’s primary objective is to collaborate with other educational establishments worldwide. He believes that the establishment of this brand-new international partnership marks a significant turning point on the institute’s path to becoming a globally renowned institution of excellence. Dr. Shishank, an Associate Professor at Birmingham City University, and Dr. Mrinal Chavda, an Assistant Professor at IIM Raipur, started the partnership.
