IIM Lucknow hosts Annual International Research Conference, Doctoral Workshop 2023

Doctoral Workshop 2023:  Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM Lucknow) has conducted 3-day Annual International Research Conference (AIRC) and Doctoral Workshop 2023 from December 15 to 17. Research scholars from Australia, Norway, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, and Vietnam also participated in the conference.

“Transforming Business and Management in the Digital Age” was the conference’s theme. North of 75 scholastics shared information, thoughts, and issues in different business capabilities and spaces of the executives.

This year, in excess of 100 examination papers were submitted to the gathering by the members, making it a rich trade of thoughts.

During the debut address, IIM Lucknow chief Archana Shukla, said: ” Learning has no easy routes in this day and age which is the reason it is vital to have thoroughness in one’s procedure and cycles with regards to explore. One must put in time and practice self-discipline in order to become a researcher. There is no fast track to this position.

Ten technical sessions on human resource management, financial management, marketing management, information technology, decision sciences, and economics were held at the conference.

On ‘Doing Effective Exploration,’ Sandeep Purao from Bentley College said: ” Make the exploration issues practice created rather than discipline produced.”

He stressed the “significance of training created research issues, empowering researchers to draw motivation from viable circumstances and adjust research intimately with the requirements of the more extensive local area, encouraging effective and important results”.
