IIM Kashipur launches 5-day management development programme on soft skills

IIM Kashipur: Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kashipur has launched a 5-day Open Management Development Programme (MDP) for managers and executives to enhance competencies at organisational levels. The programme titled ‘Soft Skills for the Workplace of Tomorrow’ will be held from February 5 to 9.

“develop soft skills and build a better effective executive presence while emphasizing adaptability to changing global scenarios” are the goals of the “Soft Skills for the Workplace of Tomorrow” program. The 5-day will assist experts with succeeding in regions, for example, critical thinking, administration, correspondence, decisive reasoning and chief narrating.
