IGNOU, IAF introduce new skill-based programme for Agniveers

IGNOU: Indira Gandhi National Open University IGNOU with the Indian Air Force has sent off an expertise based four year certification program for the Agniveers to furnish them with both information and ability parts. The new program is in accordance with the orders of the Public Training Strategy (NEP) 2020.

Multiple entry and exit points will be available for the three-year degree program. The Agniveers will be granted an undergraduate certificate after completing the first year with 40 credits, and they will be eligible for an undergraduate diploma after completing the second year with 80 credits. This adaptable design permits students to exit and reemerge the program depending on the situation.

The information part of the degree program will be conferred by IGNOU, drawing from its assorted projects accessible for understudies seeking after four year college educations in expressions, science, trade, the travel industry the board, and professional examinations (MSME). The expertise based projects will be lined up with the Public Abilities Capabilities Structure (NSQF) and conveyed through both IGNOU and specific preparation foundations inside the Indian Flying corps.
