IDBI JAM, AAO Recruitment 2024: Registration Begins For 600 Vacancies

AAO Recruitment 2024: The Industrial Development Bank of India (IDBI) today, November 23 commenced the online application process for the recruitment of 500 Junior Assistant Managers (JAM) vacancies and 100 Specialist-Agri Asset Officers (AAO) vacancies. Candidates can apply for the JAM and AAO vacancies by visiting the official website of IDBI atidbibank.in. The last date to submit the JAM and AAO applications is Saturday, November 30, 2024. As per the official notification, the recruitment exam will be conducted tentatively between December 2024 and January 2025.

“The exact date of Online Test would be updated on the Bank’s website (Career section) and call letter. Any individual mails/ communications sent by the candidates shall not be entertained by the Bank,” the notification reads.

IDBI JAM and AAORecruitment 2024: Steps To Apply

Step 1: Go to IDBI Bank’s main site at idbibank.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, look for and click on the “Recruitment Notifications” section, then click on the “Apply Online” link.

Step 3: A new page will appear, showing the registration form.

Step 4: Key in your mobile number, email ID, and other details to create a registration number and password.

Step 5: Then log in to your account and complete the application form.

Step 6: Upload all the essential documents and pay the application fee.

Step 7: Cross-check the details and submit the form.

According to IDBI bank, candidates must provide original documents proving their category, nationality, age, educational qualifications, work experience, physical disability, domicile certificate (for self), language proficiency, and so on, as well as a photocopy, to support their identity and eligibility.

Furthermore, no changes to the category/zone of choice or any other details (email address, contact number, etc.) will be authorised after registering for the online application.

IDBI JAM and AAORecruitment 2024: Selection Process

The selection process for the IDBI JAM and AAO Recruitment 2024 includes an online test (OT), document verification (DV), a personal interview (PI), and a pre-recruitment medical test.

Moreover, the bank will determine the minimal qualifying marks (sectional/aggregate) based on the available positions. To be eligible for an interview, each candidate must get a minimum score in each component of the OT as well as a minimum overall score.
