• Candidates must hold a valid graduation degree from a recognized university to meet the eligibility criteria. Completion of a diploma course alone will not be considered sufficient to fulfill the eligibility requirements. It is important that the university or institute from which the degree is obtained is recognized and approved by the government or government bodies such as AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education) and UGC (University Grants Commission). Additionally, the age limit for applicants should fall within the range of 20 to 25 years.

IDBI Executive Recruitment 2023: Selection Process

1. Online Test (OT): Candidates will be required to take an online test. The test will assess their knowledge and skills in various areas such as reasoning, quantitative aptitude, English language, and general awareness. It is important to note that for each incorrect answer, a penalty of one-fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted from the overall score.
2. Document Verification (DV): After successfully clearing the online test, candidates will undergo a document verification process. This step involves verifying the authenticity of the candidate’s educational qualifications, age proof, identity proof, and other relevant documents.
3. Pre-Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT): Finally, candidates who have cleared the document verification stage will undergo a pre-recruitment medical test. This test is conducted to ensure that the candidates meet the required medical standards as per the guidelines set by the organization.

IDBI Executive Recruitment 2023: Application Fees

• For the Executive posts, the application fee is set at ₹1000/- for all candidates except for those belonging to the SC, ST, and PWD categories. Candidates falling under the SC, ST, and PWD categories are required to pay a reduced fee of ₹200/-.
