ICSI CS June 2025 Session Registration To Commence Today

ICSI CS : The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) will commence the registration process for the Company Secretary (CS) professional and executive exam for the June 2025 session today, February 26, 2025. Students who are interested and eligible can register themselves and check the detailed notification for the exam by visiting the official website at icsi.edu.

The last date to apply without late fees is March 25. Candidates are allowed to submit their applications till April 9 with a late fee of Rs 250. The application correction facility will remain open till May 9. Students who are under the Executive Programme (2022 syllabus) and Professional Programme (2017 or 2022 Syllabus) and are willing to appear in the CS June 2025 examination are required to pass the pre-exam test, stated the official notice.

“Students must complete Pre-Exam test for enrolment into an exam session (Executive & Professional) one working day before the cut-off date for that exam enrollment session (with or without late fee) by 5:30 PM. It may please be noted that successful completion of Pre-Examination Test and One day Orientation Programme (ODOP) is applicable for students registered on or after 1st June, 2019) is one of the eligibility conditions for enrollment to main examinations under syllabus 2017/2022,” the ICSI said. The cut-off date for cancellation of exemption/resubmitting the call for documents for granting the exemption is May 1, 2025, up to 4 PM.

ICSI CS EXECUTIVE, PROFESSIONAL JUNE 2025 EXAM: ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Executive Programme: Students registered in the CS Course on or after June 1, 2019, can apply for the executive exam. They must have also completed the online pre-examination test and the ODOP (One day Orientation Programme).

Professional Programme: Must have completed the Online Pre-examination test.

Step 2: Enter your login details such as your registration number and password.

Step 3: Select the module you want to apply for.

Step 4: Click on the registration link.

Step 5: Register yourself and fill out the form

Step 6: Pay the application fee.

Step 7: Review your details and click on submit.

Step 8: Download and take a print out for future use.
