ICAI To Train 15000 More CAs On Artificial Intelligence, Announces President Nanda

ICAI : The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will be training 15,000 more chartered accountants on artificial intelligence, its President Charanjot Singh Nanda said on Tuesday, as he emphasised the importance of adopting technology, as reported by PTI.

The ICAI has been leveraging technology extensively and has established a committee dedicated to Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Additionally, it offers a one-year certificate program in AI, with over 12,000 chartered accountants already trained. Plans are in place to train more than 15,000 additional chartered accountants, according to Nanda.

According to PTI, the ICAI President emphasised that Chief Financial Officers (CFOs) must have a clear vision for technology and ensure that the necessary technological advancements are implemented across all levels.

He made these remarks at the CFO Summit and Awards organized by the industry body Assocham in the national capital.

ICAI CA Foundation January Result 2025 To Be Released Soon

Meanwhile, the ICAI will announce the CA Foundation examination results by the first week of March. Once released, candidates who appeared for the examination can check and download their ICAI CA Foundation Result 2025 through the official websites — icai.org and icaiexam.icai.org.

The CA Foundation exams were conducted by ICAI on January 12, 16, 18, and 20, 2025 with a total of 1,20,609 candidates appearing for the foundation exam. Last year, the ICAI released the results of the Chartered Accountants Foundation exams in December 2023/January 2024, with the results being announced on February 7, 2024.

Candidates will receive a hard copy of their statement of marks from the Institute within four weeks of the result declaration. This statement, printed on official stationery, will indicate the marks obtained by the candidates and their results. It will be sent to all candidates who appeared for the exam via speed post to the address provided in their exam form. However, the result card for the CPT will be sent by ordinary post.
