IBPS RRB PO : The 2024 IBPS reserve list for Probationary (PO) and Clerk positions has been released by the Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS). Candidates who took the written exam may visit the official IBPS website at ibps.in to check the reserve list for Officer Scale I and Office Assistant positions.

The provisional allotment reserve list was released a month ago on October 29. It was prepared based on the vacancies reported by each Regional Rural Bank (RRB) for various categories and positions within specific states. As per the notice, the window to view the provisional allotment letter was until November 28.

Step 1: The first step requires you to visit the official IBPS website at www.ibps.in.

Step 2: When on the homepage, search for the IBPS RRB 2024 reserve list link available for PO and Clerk.

Step 3: Once you are redirected to a new page, select your respective states.

Step 4: The list should now be displayed on your screen.

Step 5: Check the IBPS RRB PO clerk reserve list and go through all the details.

Step 6: Once done, download the list and save it on your computer as a PDF file,

Step 7: A printout will help with future reference.

IBPS RRB PO 2024: Proposed Amendments

In a recent development, changes to the Local Proficiency Test (LPT) for IBPS RRB Clerk and PO are under consideration. These changes have been proposed to streamline the process of assessing a candidate’s proficiency in local languages. The notable modifications include the following –

Mandatory Local Language Proficiency – Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in the local language of that region when applying.

Language Qualification Criteria – Candidates who studied the local language(s) in Class 10 or above will be considered proficient. An equivalent certification is necessary to be considered eligible.

LPT for Provisionally Selected Candidates – Candidates who do not have the required certification but qualify through online exams, screenings and interviews must take an LPT before joining.

LPT Assessment Committee – It was also proposed that committees constituted under Rule 8 of the AOER, 2017 will conduct and evaluate LPT for fair assessments.
