GPSC Recruitment 2024 Begins For 11 Professor Vacancies, Apply By December 10

GPSC Recruitment 2024 : The Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) has started accepting applications for the post of Professor, General State Service, Class-I in various subjects. Candidates can apply for the vacancies by visiting the official website at gpsc.gujarat.gov.in . The last date to submit the applications is December 10, 2024 (up to 11:59 pm).

The Commission plans to fill a total of 11 vacancies in the organisation. The commission will conduct examinations and interviews to determine eligible candidates. It is important to note that applicants must be proficient in Gujarati, Hindi, or both languages.

According to the official notification of GPSC Recruitment 2024, applications sent after the deadline, incomplete in any way, or without any mandatory attachments will be rejected by the commission.

GPSC Recruitment 2024: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the GPSC Recruitment 2024 must pay an application fee based on the category of reservation. Candidates applying for the position of Professor should not be older than 45 years. The chosen individuals will receive a monthly income in Level-14. The Gujarat Civil Services Classification and Recruitment (General) Rules, 1967 require candidates to have a basic understanding of computer applications.

Candidates who match all of the eligibility criteria for the role may apply online by accessing the GPSC’s official website and sending their properly completed applications together with all relevant and supporting documents as requested by the committee.

Step 1: Go to the official website of GPSC at gpsc.gujarat.gov.in .

Step 2: On the homepage, look for and click on the ‘Professor, General State Service, Class-I’ link in the recruitment section.

Step 3: First register yourself on the portal. Then, log in and fill out the application form as asked.

Step 4: Upload all the necessary documents and pay the mandatory fee.

Step 5: Cross-check all the details filled in and submit the form as directed.

GPSC Recruitment 2024: Application Fee

Candidates in the General (Unreserved) category must pay a Rs 100 application fee plus applicable postal charges, or Rs 100 plus service charges if paying online. Candidates from the Reserved Categories, Gujarat State’s Economically Weaker Section, ex-servicemen and individuals with disabilities are not required to pay an application fee. In contrast, applicants from other states who qualify for the reserved category must pay an application fee.
