GATE 2025 : The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee will end the registration process for the Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineering (GATE) without a late fee today, September 26. Candidates who wish to apply for the GATE 2025 exam without paying a fine for late application may visit the official website, gate2025.iitr.ac.in. After September 26, candidates will be able to apply for the GATE 2025 only after paying the late fee till October 7, 2024.
Without Late Fee: Candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) will need to pay an application fee of Rs 900 during the registration process. All other aspirants, including overseas Nationals, have to pay Rs 1,800.
Late Fee: SC/ST/PwD applicants submitting the form after the due date will be required to pay Rs 1,400 and other candidates Rs 2,300.
Step 1: Head to the official website of GATE 2025 at gate2025.iitr.ac.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, look for the Apply Online link and click on it.
Step 3: Next up, register yourself on the portal by providing the required details.
Step 4: After logging in, fill in the GATE 2025 Application form and submit all the necessary documents.
Step 5: Pay the application fee and click on proceed.
Step 6: Save and take a hard copy of the application for future reference.
The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is a national-level examination that examines applicants for a comprehensive understanding of several undergraduate-level subjects in engineering, technology, architecture and science.
