DRDO RAC Recruitment 2023: The Recruitment and Assessment Centre (RAC) is currently accepting applications for 181 vacancies of Scientist ‘B’. Interested individuals can apply for these positions through an online application process available on the official website rac.gov.in. It is important to note that the deadline for submitting the application form is 21 days from the date of publication of the advertisement in the employment news.

For General, EWS, and OBC male candidates, the application fee for the Scientist ‘B’ positions is ₹100. However, candidates belonging to the SC/ST/PwD categories are exempted from paying the application fee.

DRDO RAC Recruitment 2023: Vacancy details

• The purpose of this recruitment campaign is to fill a total of 181 vacancies for the position of Scientist ‘B’. Out of these vacancies, 73 positions are reserved for candidates from the UR (Unreserved) category, 18 positions for candidates from the EWS (Economically Weaker Section) category, 49 positions for candidates from the OBC (Other Backward Class) category, 28 positions for candidates from the SC (Scheduled Caste) category, and 13 positions for candidates from the ST (Scheduled Tribe) category.

DRDO RAC Recruitment 2023: Age limit:

• For candidates belonging to the Unreserved (UR) and EWS (Economically Weaker Section) categories, the maximum age limit to apply for the Scientist ‘B’ positions is 28 years. However, for candidates from the OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) category, the maximum age limit is 31 years. As for candidates from the SC (Scheduled Caste) and ST (Scheduled Tribe) categories, the upper age limit is 33 years.
