Delhi EWS Admission 2024: Registration begins from April 30

Delhi EWS Admission 2024: Directorate of Education, Delhi has announced the schedule for EWS admission 2024-25 in private schools along with the admission guidelines. Accordingly, the online application for Delhi school EWS admission 2024 will be out on April 30 at edudel.nic.in. The last date to apply for EWS admission 2024-25 Delhi is May 15.

For free education, students from the Economically Weaker Sections (EWS), Disadvantaged Group (DG), and Children With Special Needs (CWSN) are given 25% of entry-level seats at all private unaided schools in Delhi. The distribution of seats is coordinated through an electronic lottery.

Only one mobile number can be used to register for Delhi school EWS admission 2024, according to DoE guidelines. While the lottery for schools under MCD and NDMC will be handled by the directorate, these departments will handle all admission-related complaints.

“Just a solitary application will be petitioned for a kid by a candidate for online confirmation process. Even if a child wins the lottery for admission, multiple applications will result in the child’s candidature being canceled, according to the Department of Education. The applicant must provide the Aadhaar number of both parents, but the child’s Aadhar card is not required.

Anyone who is a resident of Delhi and possesses the required Income Certificate and proof of residence in Delhi are eligible to apply for admission to private unaided schools for their EWS child.
