DEE Assam Recruitment 2025: Registration For 4500 Teacher Vacancies To Begin On February 15

Assam Recruitment 2025 : The Directorate of Elementary Education (DEE), Assam will begin the registration process for 4500 Assistant Teachers vacancies across Lower Primary and Upper Primary Schools in the state on February 15, 2025. Interested and eligible candidates can go to the official website of DEE Assam at dee.assam.gov.in to submit their applications. The registration window will remain open till March 31, 2025.

Of the total 4500 vacancies, 2,900 are for the Assistant Teacher post at Lower Primary schools and 1,600 are for Assistant Teacher, Science Teacher, and Hindi Teacher posts at Upper Primary schools.

Assam Teacher Recruitment 2025: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification: Candidates must have completed the Assam TET or CTET to be eligible to apply for the recruitment drive. Those who have qualified for the ATET or CTET for LP and UP may also apply.

Age Limit: Candidates should be a minimum of 18 years old. However, the maximum age should not exceed 40 years for the unreserved category, 42 years for ex-servicemen, 43 years for Other Backward Class (OBC)/ Minorities and Other Backward Classes (MOBC), 45 years for Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe(P)/ST(H), and 50 years for persons with disabilities (PwBD) as of January 1, 2025.

— HSLC admit card.

— HSSLC mark sheet and certificate.

— Graduation mark sheet and certificate.

— Passport-size photo.

— Any other mark sheet and certificate of higher education.

— DElEd/ BEd mark sheet (1st year and 2nd year)

— DElEd/ BEd certificate.

— SC/ ST(P)/ST(H)/OBC/MOBC Caste Certificate, if applicable

— Document in support of Permanent Resident of Assam.

— ATET/CTET Certificate and mark sheet for UPS.

— Certificates of disability issued by govt authorities, if applicable.

— Ex-servicemen certificate issued by the Sainik Welfare Board Director.

Step 2: Visit the recruitment tab and click on the “Apply Online for the post of Assistant Teacher” link for Assam Teacher Vacancy 2025.

Step 3: Sign in to the page.

Step 4: Enter the necessary details and choose the specific post you wish to apply for.

Step 5: Complete the payment of the prescribed application fee.

Step 6: Fill out the form as directed.

Step 7: Upload documents and submit.

Step 8: Generate a printout of the submitted application form and save it for future reference.
