This means that customers can speak or type their queries in their preferred language, and the platform will instantly translate it into the staff\u2019s language \u2014 and vice\u2011versa \u2014 making banking more accessible to people from diverse linguistic backgrounds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The system supports both text and voice modes, ensuring that even those who are not comfortable typing can communicate effectively.
