A Mechanical Engineer from <em>Delhi College of Engineering<\/em>, he has served in key leadership positions and played a central role in major infrastructure and energy projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prior to this appointment, Gupta was <strong>Director (Projects)<\/strong> at GAIL since <strong>February 2022<\/strong>, where he managed critical portfolios including project execution, pipeline network expansion, digital transformation and operations across the natural gas and LPG value chains. His expertise spans project management, global procurement, business development, technology deployment and operations \u2014 providing him with a balanced mix of technical and strategic leadership skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under Gupta\u2019s leadership, GAIL is expected to accelerate its goals of expanding India\u2019s gas infrastructure capacity, supporting national energy security, and contributing to sustainable and cleaner energy transitions.
