This landmark agreement aims to strengthen the delivery of primary healthcare services in <em>remote and strategically sensitive<\/em> border areas of the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The MoU was formally signed in the presence of <strong>Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami<\/strong> at his official residence, with senior officials from the ITBP and the Uttarakhand Government in attendance.
