Candavelou<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Aiming_for_Universal_Internet_Access\"><\/span>Aiming for Universal Internet Access<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The primary focus of this collaboration is to <strong>expand internet connectivity across Goa<\/strong>, especially in <strong>remote and underserved locations<\/strong> where terrestrial broadband services are weak or unavailable. This includes areas such as government schools, healthcare centres, emergency hubs, and disaster management centres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under this agreement, Goa and Starlink will jointly <strong>explore satellite\u2011based broadband solutions<\/strong> that ensure <strong>high\u2011speed, reliable connectivity<\/strong> across the state\u2014bridging the digital divide and enabling seamless communication even in geographically challenging regions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Enhancing_Disaster_Preparedness\"><\/span>Enhancing Disaster Preparedness<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A key pillar of the partnership is <strong>disaster resilience and emergency response readiness<\/strong>.
