The Commission is expected to submit its recommendations within approximately 18 months.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Until the Commission\u2019s recommendations are implemented, the current pay structure remains unchanged: DA and Dearness Relief (DR) will continue to be adjusted periodically based on inflation indices (such as AICPI-IW), and there will be no structural change in basic pay.
