Hon\u2019ble Culture and Tourism Minister <strong>Gajendra Singh Shekhawat<\/strong> inaugurated the event, with <strong>Padma Bhushan Ram Bahadur Rai<\/strong>, President of the IGNCA Trust, chairing the session.
