At TCS, he held various leadership roles, including Executive Director of Human Resources and Head of Application Development and Maintenance. He also served as Country Manager for TCS Switzerland and later as Executive Director. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2008, Padmanabhan joined Tata Power as Executive Director-Operations, where he was responsible for the operations of thermal and hydro generation plants across India and the transmission and distribution systems in Mumbai.
