CTET January 2023: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) will close the extended registration process for the CTET January 2024 exam tomorrow on the official website, ctet.nic.in. The CBSE has extended the registration deadline from November 27 to December 1.

The CBSE will lead two papers – Paper 1 and Paper 2 – under the CTET January 2024. Paper 1 will be held for showing presents in Classes 1 on 5 while CTET January 2024 Paper 2 will be held for educators going after positions in Classes 6 to 8.

Competitors should present an application charge of Rs 1,000 for any of the papers while those applying for both the papers should pay Rs 1,200 as enlistment expense. Be that as it may, in an unexpected way abled competitors and those having a place from SC and ST classes should pay an application expense of Rs 500 for one paper and Rs 600 for both the papers.

CTET 2024 applicability

  1. Candidates clearing the CTET January 2024 will be eligible to apply for teaching jobs in schools operated by the union government such as Kendriya Vidyalayas, Noavodayas Vidyalya, Central Tibetan Schools and others.
  2. The test score will also be applicable to schools under the administrative control of union territories of Chandigarh, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshdweep and Delhi.
  3. CTET score can also be used by unaided private, state government and local bodies schools for their recruitment process.
