CSIR-CECRI Admissions 2023: CSIR-Central Electrochemical Research Institute (CECRI) is set to commence the application procedure for the first-year B. Tech program starting on July 18. The deadline for submitting the application form is August 8. Admission to the B. Tech program at CSIR-CECRI for the academic year 2023-2024 will be based on the JEE(Main) 2023 All India Rank, determining the selection of students into the first year.

Prospective applicants can submit their applications online through the official website of CSIR-Central Electrochemical Research Institute (CECRI) at www.cecri.res.in.

According to the official notification, the counseling for admission in the academic year 2023-24 will be conducted exclusively through online mode. Only eligible candidates will be granted the opportunity to participate in the online counseling process.

The list of candidates shortlisted for the counseling session will be published on August 11. Subsequently, the online counseling for the shortlisted candidates is scheduled to take place on August 16. The final results of the counseling process will be announced on August 18.

To complete the application process, candidates are required to pay the applicable application fee. For candidates belonging to the UR (Unreserved), EWS (Economically Weaker Section), and OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) categories, the application fee is Rs. 500. On the other hand, candidates from SC (Scheduled Caste) and ST (Scheduled Tribe) categories need to pay an application fee of Rs. 250.
