CSBC Bihar Police Constable Recruitment 2023: The Central Selection Board of Constables (CSBC) has initiated the online application procedure for 21,391 positions of Constables in Bihar Police, Bihar Special Armed Police, and various other units. Individuals who meet the eligibility criteria and are interested in these vacancies can conveniently submit their application forms through the official website csbc.bih.nic.in.

Applicants who have successfully completed their Class 12 examination on or prior to August 1, 2022, are eligible to apply for the aforementioned positions. It is important to note that August 1, 2022, also serves as the deadline for determining the age limit.

For candidates belonging to the General category, the minimum age requirement is 18 years, while the maximum age allowed is 25 years as of August 1, 2022. Reserved category candidates may avail of relaxation in the upper age limit as per applicable regulations.

The written examination will be conducted at a Class 10 level, covering subjects such as Hindi, English, Mathematics, Social Science, Science, General Knowledge, and Current Affairs. The exam will be worth a total of 100 marks. Candidates who score below 30 percent in the written exam will not be eligible to participate in the Physical Efficiency Test (PET).

It’s important to note that the written exam marks will not be considered in the final merit list. Instead, the purpose of the written exam is to determine the eligibility of candidates for the PET.
