CSAB 2024 : The Central Seat Allocation Board (CSAB) has released the seat allotment for the special round for the academic year 2024-2025. This is a special round to fill the vacant seats in the National Institutes of Technology (NITs), Indian Institutes of Information Technology (IIITs), and other Government-Funded Technical Institutes (GFTIs). Students can check the result at csab.nic.in.
Applicants should enter their JEE Fundamental 2024 application number, secret phrase and security pin to download the CSAB unique round seat designation.
CSAB Special Round Allotment Result 2024: How to check via website
Step 1: Visit the official website of CSAB- csab.nic.in
Step 2: Click on the link- ‘CSAB special round allotment list 1’
Step 3: On the new page, enter the application numbers, password
Step 4: List will appear on the screen
Step 5: Download the list, and take a printout for further reference.
If they accept the seat, candidates will be required to pay the college fee by August 7 in accordance with the notification. These up-and-comers can then download designation letter, temporary affirmation letter and can continue for conclusive confirmation at allocated organization. Students who wish to cancel their seats have until August 8 to do so.
During the special counseling in 2024, the candidates who were chosen will have access to five options: freeze, slide, float, surrender, and withdraw. Those who select “freeze” will be deemed to have accepted the assigned program. Candidates who wish to select a superior program or branch can use the “slide” option in the CSAB special round 2 if there is a vacancy in the institute they were assigned.
