Court Recruitment: Gautam Buddha Nagar Invites Applications For 43 Senior And Junior Assistant Vacancies

Court Recruitment : Job applications have been invited for 43 vacancies of senior and junior Assistants in the District Court, Gautam Buddha Nagar. Only retired employees can apply for these vacancies. As per the instructions of Allahabad High Court, District Judge Shri Avnish Saxena has informed that this step has been taken due to less number of employees in the court. Currently, 22 posts of Senior Assistant and 21 posts of Junior Assistant, are vacant in the District Court. Retired employees below 65 can apply to temporarily fill these vacancies.

The last date for submission of applications in the District Court, Gautam Buddha Nagar has been fixed as October 25, 2024. There is a condition for the retired employees who wish to be re-appointed to these posts. They must submit their application in Form No. 1 along with the declaration form (Format-2). These applications will be submitted in the administrative office of District Court Gautam Buddha Nagar.

Eligibility Criteria

These appointments will be applicable till promotion, direct recruitment or completion of 65 years of age, whichever is earlier.

District Judge Shri Avnish Saxena said that this initiative is necessary to conduct the administrative work of the court smoothly. Under this recruitment process, the court administration expects that the current problems arising due to the shortage of staff will be solved.

Junior Assistant Job

1. Junior assistants reportedly help the supervisors in many departments including the normal office and outdoor work.

2. According to the reports, the junior assistant’s primary responsibilities include file dispatch, typing, recording, indexing and statement preparation. They also help in file registering, and other tasks. Higher authorities routinely give them new assignments.

3. In the administrative and accounting fields, the junior assistants will be given more specialised and expert tasks. They will be asked to do calibration (the process of checking a measuring instrument to see if it is accurate) of the equipment and troubleshooting if required.

4. The junior assistants will also have to do additional tasks as directed by superiors.
