COMEDK UGET 2025 Notification Released, Registration From February 3

COMEDK UGET 2025 : The Consortium of Medical, Engineering, and Dental Colleges of Karnataka (COMEDK) has released the notification for the Undergraduate Entrance Test (UGET 2025). According to the timetable, the exam will be held on May 10, 2025. The COMEDK UGET 2025 registration window will open on February 3, 2025. Interested and eligible candidates can apply by visiting the official website at comedk.org. The last date to submit is March 15, 2025.

“Since inception, COMEDK has been conducting its entrance test on the second Sunday of May every year. But because of conflict of date with other national level examination, the schedule had to be altered and UGET – 2025 will be conducted on Saturday the 10th May 2025. The test will be Computer Based and will be conducted on All India basis across the Country to facilitate the students to appear in the test closer to their homes and is aimed at minimizing the cost of travel andother logistics,” reads the official notice.

COMEDK UGET 2025: Application Fees

Applicants willing to register for the COMEDK UGET 2025 will have to pay Rs 1,950 along with a convenience charge. Those who want to register for both COMEDK UGET and the Unified Council of Engineering Entrance Exam (UNIGAUGE) exams will have to pay Rs 3,200.

COMEDK UGET 2025: Eligibility Criteria

— Applicants must have completed a second PUC, Class 12, or an equivalent examination recognised by the state or central government.

— Candidates should have studied Mathematics and Physics as mandatory subjects during their qualifying examination.

— Chemistry is also required but can be substituted with Biotechnology, Biology, Computer Science, or Electronics.

— A minimum aggregate score of 45 per cent in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics is required (40 per cent for candidates from reserved categories).

COMEDK UGET 2025: Exam Pattern

The COMEDK UGET 2025 will consist of 180 questions, divided into three sections — Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Each section consists of 60 questions. The test will be held in English, with candidates earning one mark for each correct answer. There is no negative marking for incorrect answers.
