CLAT 2025 Answer Key Released, Raise Objection By December 3

CLAT 2025 : The Common Law Admission Test or CLAT 2025 provisional answer key has been released by the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs). Those who took the exam held on December 1, 2024, can visit the official website at consortiumofnlus.ac.in to check and download the answer key. Objections, if any, can be raised by tomorrow, December 3 up till 4 PM by paying a fee of Rs 1000.

The Consortium has also released all four question papers along with the answer key. Candidates can use the answer key and the marking scheme to calculate their probable scores. As per the marking scheme, for every correct answer, candidates will earn one mark, while 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect response.

“A fee of Rs. 1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) is to be paid for each objection. If the objection is found to be valid and sustained, the said fee will be refunded/ remitted to the same account from which it was paid. No requests for deposit of the amount in any other account shall be entertained. Objection(s) without the prescribed fee shall not be entertained,” reads the official notice.

CLAT 2025 Provisional Answer Key: How To Raise Objection?

Step 1: Visit the official website, consortiumofnlus.ac.in

Step 2: Click on CLAT 2025

Step 3: Click on the answer key link

Step 4: Check and download the answer key

Step 5: Raise objections by logging in to your CLAT account

Step 6: Upload supporting documents. Click on the ‘Submit Objection’ button

Step 7: Download and save the conformation page for further use.

If you are aiming for an undergraduate CLAT 2024 admission, ensure you have scored at least 45 per cent in your Class 12 examination. However, candidates from the SC and ST categories have a lower threshold of 40 per cent. If you are pursuing postgraduate CLAT admission, you should have an LLB degree with a minimum of 50 per cent marks. Applicants from SC and ST categories enjoy a 5 per cent relaxation in the minimum qualifying marks.
