CAT 2023 response sheet out

CAT 2023 : Indian Institute of Management Lucknow has published the Common Admission Test (CAT 2023) answer key and response sheet today. Candidates can match the response sheet and answer key to calculate the CAT score and percentile. The CAT answer key and response sheet download link is available at iimcat.ac.in.

The CAT score 2023 is one of the components considered for granting admission to management programmes in IIMs. The institutes will calculate scores on the basis of several parameters – CAT score (scaled), Class 10 marks, Class 12 marks, graduation score, work experience, gender diversity, academic diversity.

The CAT inquiry paper comprise of Verbal Capacity and Understanding Cognizance (VARC), Information Translation and Consistent Thinking (DILR), and Quantitative Capacity (QA).

CAT scaled score

1. As per the marking scheme, there will be negative marking for multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and three marks will be awarded for every right answer. Since the exam was held in three sections, the overall scaled score is obtained by adding scaled scores of these three sections.
2. MCQs: Number of correct answers x 3 – number of wrong answers.
3. Descriptive questions – Number of correct answers x 3.
4. Total marks – Number of correct answers in MCQs + Number of correct answers in other section.
