APPSC Recruitment 2023: Registrations begin for 897 group 2 posts

APPSC Recruitment 2023: The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has commenced the registration process for recruitment to various group II services. Interested and eligible candidates can fill the APPSC recruitment 2023 application form at psc.ap.gov.in. The registration deadline for APPSC recruitment 2023 is January 10, 2024 by 11:59 pm.

As per the authority notice, APPSC plans to fill a sum of 897 opening under this enrollment drive. Among the 897 open positions, there are 331 executive positions and 566 non-executive positions.

APPSC Recruitment 2023: Selection process

1. Candidates will be required to take a screening test, which will be an objective-type examination in OMR-based format. Candidates who qualify the screening test will be eligible to sit for the main exam which is a computer-based test.
2. The screening test will be of 150 marks. The paper will consist of 2 sections-General studies and mental ability. General studies section carries 120 marks and the mental ability section carries 30 marks.
3. The main examination will be divided into two parts- Paper 1 and paper 2. Each paper carries 150 marks and is further divided into 2 sections.
4. Candidates have the facility to take mock test available on the commission’s website to familiarise themselves with the computer-based test.
