APPSC Mains Group 2 Answer Key 2025 Released, Aspirants Can Raise Objections By February 27
APPSC : The Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) has released the Group 2 Mains Answer Key 2025. The commission has also issued the response sheets along with the answer keys for papers 1 and 2. Candidates who appeared for the Group 2 main examination can now download the answer key from the official APPSC website at psc.ap.gov.in.
Candidates can raise objection to the answer key between February 25 and 27, 2025, by paying the required fee. Besides, the answer key can be used to calculate the probable scores of the applicants. To do so, they must know the marking scheme. For each correct answer, they will be awarded one mark, while one-third of the marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
Step 1: Visit the official APPSC website at psc.ap.gov.in.
Step 2: On the homepage, click the link for APPSC Group 2 Mains Answer Key 2025.
Step 3: Select paper 1 or 2.
Step 4: The answer key will be displayed on the screen in a PDF format.
Step 5: Review the answer key and download it. Save a hard copy for reference.
Step 6: To raise objection, log in to your registered APPSC account
Step 7: Select the question you wish to challenge
Step 8: Upload supporting documents
Step 9: Pay the fees
Step 10: Submit and save the page for further use.
The mains paper 1 exam was conducted in the morning shift from 10 AM to 12:30 PM. Paper 2 took place in the afternoon shift from 3 PM to 5:30 PM. The exams were conducted at 13 district centres across the state. The exam was postponed two times. It was originally planned for July 28, 2024, but was deferred to January 5.
The APPSC Group 2 Mains examination was conducted in an objective format, with questions to be answered either in offline (OMR-based) or online (CBT) mode. It consisted of three equally weighted test papers, each featuring objective questions at the bachelor’s degree level.
