AP TET 2024 schedule revised; exams from October 3 to 20

AP TET 2024 : The AP Government, Department of School Education has revised the Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (AP TET) 2024 schedule. As per the revised schedule, the AP TET 2024 exam will be held on October 3 to October 20. Earlier the AP TET 2024 exam was scheduled from August 5 to 20. The AP TET 2024 registration process has already commenced on July 3. Interested and eligible candidates can fill up the AP TET 2024 application form by visiting the official website at aptet.apcfss.in.

The fee payment and registration deadline for AP TET 2024 has been extended until August 3, according to the revised dates. The revised schedule from July states that the AP TET 2024 hall tickets will be distributed beginning on September 22. Additionally, the mock test for the AP TET 2024 exam has been moved up to September 19. Previously, the AP TET 2024 mock test was scheduled to begin on July 16. On November 2, the AP TET 2024 outcome will be released.

“In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of School Education, in his letter 3rd read above, Government, in order to provide sufficient time for the aspiring candidates for their preparation to APTET, hereby decides to review the already announced APTET, July-2024 Schedule, by ensuring that there will be a time gap of 90 days from the date of notification to the date of conduct of examinations,” the official notice states regarding the revised AP TET 2024 schedule.

AP TET 2024 will take 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete. There will be a total of 150 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) on the AP TET 2024. There will be two papers, paper 1 will comprises of five segments: Language 1, child development and pedagogy, mathematics, environmental studies, and English Each section of the AP TET 2024 paper 1 will have 30 questions.

Paper 2 will comprise of five segments: subjects related to the elected stream, including child development and pedagogy, language 1, English, and language 1. There will be 30 multiple-choice questions in the first three sections, followed by 60 in the final section.
