AIBE 19 : The Bar Council of India (BCI) is expected to release the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 19 result anytime soon. Candidates who took the exam will be able to check their scorecards by visiting the official website at allindiabarexamination.com, once released. They will need their registration ID and password to check the results online.
The exam was held on December 22, 2024, in over 50 Indian cities. The answer key objection window was open from December 30, 2024 to January 10, 2025. Based on the objections raised, the BCI will release the final answer key and the results. However, the exact date and time of the announcement of the result is yet to be informed by the council. The “result will be evaluated based on the Question Paper set code provided during the examination which you filled in your handwriting on the OMR answer sheet,” the BCI has said.
Step 1. Visit the official website at allindiabarexamination.com.
Step 2. Navigate to the ‘Results’ or ‘Examination’ section on the homepage and click on it.
Step 3. Identify the link corresponding to the AIBE 19 Result and click on it.
Step 4. A new page will prompt you to enter your login credentials, registration, or roll numbers.
Step 5. After providing the necessary information, click submit.
Step 6. The AIBE Result 2025 will be presented on the screen.
Step 7. Carefully review your result, encompassing your qualifying status and marks obtained.
Step 8. Download the result, save it, and take a printout for future reference.
To clear the exam, general category candidates need to score at least 45 per cent. Those belonging to Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), or Persons with Disabilities (PWD) must score a minimum of 40 per cent marks.
Candidates may calculate their probable scores using the answer key. To do so, they must know the marking scheme. For every correct answer, candidates will be awarded one mark. There is no negative marking. They can cross-check the answer key as their response sheets to estimate their probable scores.
The All India Bar Examination, or AIBE, is an eligibility exam, conducted to evaluate the legal knowledge and proficiency of Indian law graduates who aspire to practise law. To be eligible for the exam, candidates must have completed three or five-year LLB courses from BCI-recognised universities or approved colleges.
