AIBE 19 : The Bar Council of India (BCI) will soon release the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) 19 answer key 2024. Once available, candidates can check and download it on the official website at allindiaexamination.com. The answer key will help candidates to estimate their probable scores.

Following the release of the provisional answer key, BCI will open a window for objections. Candidates dissatisfied with any answer can challenge it through the registration portal by paying a specified fee per question. After the objection period closes, experts will review the challenges, and the council will publish the final answer key.

The AIBE 19 exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions (MCQs) to be completed within three hours. Each correct answer earns one mark, and there is no negative marking for incorrect responses. To qualify, candidates in the General and OBC categories must secure at least 45%, while SC, ST, and disabled candidates need 40%.

The Bar Council of India (BCI) provides an option for re-checking AIBE 19 results. Candidates who are not satisfied with their AIBE 19 result for 2024 can request a rechecking of their results through the official AIBE website.

In India, clearing the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is mandatory to practice law. Passing the AIBE is a prerequisite for obtaining the Certificate of Practice (COP) issued by the Bar Council of India (BCI). Without this certification, law graduates, even if enrolled with a State Bar Council, cannot legally represent clients in court or offer legal counsel as advocates.
